Questionnaire

Dear respondent,

This study is conducted to know the feedback of the consumers about a new product design that are going to be launched in the near future. In order to produce the new product, the company has constructed a survey for the consumer feedback concerning the new product, line drawer. Specific instruction is given at the beginning of each section. Your individual answers will be kept completely confidential. As such, all information provided is only for the purpose of research. Please answer each item as honestly and frankly as possible. In fact, line drawer is a small piece that can be attached on the head of pen, pencil, marker, etc. to help the writer to draw a perfect straight lines without the need of using the traditional ruler.

1.      Do you frequently draws or writes using pencil / pen rather than typing ?

2.   Do you frequently tend to draw straight lines using your hand rather than ruler?

3.      Do you have difficulty in drawing straight lines without a ruler?
